STRUCTURE AND POSITION : ATTACHMENTS : Pectineus Muscle has an origin and an insertion like rest of the muscles of the Body. BLOOD SUPPLY : Pectineus Muscle gets its blood supply from Obturator Artery. It also receives its blood from branches of the Femoral Artery. NERVE SUPPLY : Pectineus Muscle is innervated by the Femoral Nerve. Sometimes Accessory Obturator Nerve is also present. ACTION : Pectineus Muscle flexes the Hip Joint. Pectineus Muscle also adducts and medially rotates the thigh.
